I have been a Qualified Midwife since 2001. I have been Practicing Reflexology and Maternity Reflexology since 2009 and find it a huge passion of mine. I then went onto learning about Moxibustion and how helpful it can be with turning breech babies to a head down position. I continued my training with offering Lash Lifting & Tinting which makes an instant difference to how people look and feel about themselves. Manicures, Pedicures and Gel Polish application are also a great love of mine to be able to pamper.
I then continued to want to help others after my own weight loss journey, losing 4 stone after my second child was born. I became a 1:1 Cambridge Diet Consultant, helping others to become healthier and happier in their own bodies. I have now completed my training at the London school of Reflexology with Ziggie Bergman to offer you Facial Reflexology, Advanced Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift Therapy, Facial Cupping & Ear Candling. I also now offer Spinal Reflexology, Dermaplaning, LED Light Therapy, PlasmaLift and PlasmaShower Treatments and Facials using Tropic Products. They are deeply relaxing, rejuvenating treatments which not only heal your body but also have the added bonus of increasing collagen production in the skin. This reduces fine lines & wrinkles, Targets age spots, Skin Tags, Stretch Marks & Loose skin turning back the hands of time, making the face & Body look more youthful in a holistic way. No Harsh Chemicals or Fillers here! Acupuncture & Stone Medicine Gua Sha are my latest treatment options. Both healing and rejuvenating.
